Austin loves his Batman jammies and MUST have the cape on at all times. If the cape is touched by any non-adult member of the household there are serious consequences for the child who dared approach the realm of the cape. Sometimes the cape does not completely conform to the cape standards in this household. The standards are low, but it is at least required to stay out of the pants. I feel as though I should be like Edna on The Incredibles and create a strict "no capes" rule just to avoid any tugging or pulling on capes (and the resulting anger)--or being sucked into a vortex--and to avoid the embarrassment my little boy may have as a result of this blog (okay, he really doesn't care!).

So, where do these malfunction tendencies come from. It is curious that you only have pictures of boys. Fortunately, I did not see a picture of myself, so I assume this is not a genetically inherited trait of "wardrobe malfunction".
