December 2009

December has come and gone and a lot of things I intended to blog about are now so old that they are being pushed aside by other things. Here is the synopsis of the month of December. Enjoy!

Christmas Decoration Day!

All of the kids helped decorate the Christmas tree. They had a lot of fun and were so cute to watch.

Savannah was very meticulous...
Sid enjoyed each of the ornaments one at a time...
Austin wanted all of them for himself...
and William put up a lot of reindeer so carefully we were amazed.

Pancakes

William discovered a plate of pancakes left over from breakfast. This is how he felt about his discovery.

He decided to explore the new-found plate of pleasure.

After sorting,

weighing,
and inspecting each specimen...

he took a small sample (or two) from each and they were left as unaffected as possible for future discovery by others.
Sid Loves Snow

Every time it snows in any significant quantities Sid is the first one out the door with all of his snow gear on and has made a few snow mountains that have melted away again.

The first day we had much snow he was out in it for about 4 hours and declined lunch because he wanted to keep playing. Maybe we should call him our Abominable Snow Sid.

Tired.

What more can be said?

Christmas
