This year was Katelyn's first Christmas! She was happy to be part of the fun although I don't think she ever really figured out what was going on. Of course, she is probably used to feeling like that all the time around here!
She thought her stocking was pretty cool...
...and really loved the cards and papers that were in it.
She noticed the pile of gifts as something new and had to explore.
She had just enough hair to model her new clips she and Savannah got.
She thought her new whistle-rattle was pretty funny (or maybe that was mom playing with her arms to make the noise work that was funny).
She tried to see if the paper was as cuddly as a blanket.
And she is just too cute with the turtle that took some time and work, but turned out well.
William was brimming with excitement the whole day.
He was so thrilled to get a spider book that this is the picture we got! I love it!
Matthew sat contentedly and read his book for a good while and I wasn't sure if we should have convinced him to pull himself away from it for other gifts or not!
Guess what Sid got! It was pretty funny that I found myself taking pictures of him taking pictures. We've got another trigger-happy person in the family now!
Savannah actually sounded pretty good when she first picked up her clarinet. Of course, the expressions Paul was pulling made her laugh, which made it difficult for her to play.
Austin loved his "bakugan dragoniod colossus" and spent hours assembling and disassembling it.
It's always super nice when they are playing so well together, too (merry Christmas to me!).
Merry Christmas!
